Managing Your Subscription

Manage your Invoice Fly subscription easily. This guide covers upgrading, downgrading, canceling, and managing billing details.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription

  • Open Invoice Fly.

  • Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.

  • Tap on Manage Subscription.

  • You will see the available subscription plans.

  • Select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Canceling Your Subscription

  • Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.

  • Tap on Manage Subscription.

  • Tap the Cancel Plan button.

  • Confirm the cancellation by pressing the Cancel Plan button again on the

    confirmation screen.

  • Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.

Note: If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google Play, you must cancel through their respective platforms. Here’s how:

  • Apple:

    • Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

    • Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

    • Select Subscriptions.

    • Find and select InvoiceFly.

    • Tap Cancel Subscription.

  • Google Play:

    • Open the Google Play Store app.

    • Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Subscriptions.

    • Find and select InvoiceFly.

    • Tap Cancel Subscription.

Managing Billing Information

  • Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.

  • Tap on Manage Subscription.

  • You will see options to update your payment method.

  • Enter your new billing information and save the changes.

Note: If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google Play, you must update your billing information through their respective platforms. Here’s how:

  • Apple:

    • Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

    • Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

    • Select Payment & Shipping.

    • Tap Add Payment Method to add a new payment method or Edit to update your existing payment method.

  • Google Play:

    • Open the Google Play Store app.

    • Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Payment methods.

    • Tap Add a payment method to add a new payment method or More payment settings to update your existing payment method.

How to Restore Your Subscription

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap on Upgrade Plan

  • On the Upgrade page, locate and click on the Restore button in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Wait patiently for the confirmation message to appear, ensuring the restoration process is underway.

  • Once the restoration is complete, a confirmation screen will pop up to confirm that your subscription has been successfully restored.
