How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription
Open Invoice Fly.
Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap on Manage Subscription.
You will see the available subscription plans.
Select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Canceling Your Subscription
Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap on Manage Subscription.
Tap the Cancel Plan button.
Confirm the cancellation by pressing the Cancel Plan button again on the
confirmation screen.
Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
Note: If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google Play, you must cancel through their respective platforms. Here’s how:
Apple:
Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Find and select InvoiceFly.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Subscriptions.
Find and select InvoiceFly.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Managing Billing Information
Tap on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap on Manage Subscription.
You will see options to update your payment method.
Enter your new billing information and save the changes.
Note: If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google Play, you must update your billing information through their respective platforms. Here’s how:
Apple:
Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Payment & Shipping.
Tap Add Payment Method to add a new payment method or Edit to update your existing payment method.
Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Payment methods.
Tap Add a payment method to add a new payment method or More payment settings to update your existing payment method.
How to Restore Your Subscription
Go to Settings
Tap on Upgrade Plan
On the Upgrade page, locate and click on the Restore button in the top right corner of the screen.
Wait patiently for the confirmation message to appear, ensuring the restoration process is underway.
Once the restoration is complete, a confirmation screen will pop up to confirm that your subscription has been successfully restored.
