Pipedrive Integration - Documentation

Make sure you are logged into your Pipedrive account in a separate tab.

1. Go to Setup → Integrations → Pipedrive and click on the “Pipedrive Marketplace” link.

2. You will be redirected to Pipedrive Marketplace, where you need to click the “Explore Marketplace” button.

3. On the newly loaded page, type “invox” in the search field and click the “Search” button.

4. Click on the INVOX card from the search results, then click the “Authorize” button

then click “Allow and Install”.

5. You will be redirected back to the INVOX platform, where you need to finalize the integration settings.

6. On the left side of the page, click the “Not assigned - Assign now” link in the Pipedrive User column and select the corresponding Pipedrive user for each receiving number. This ensures that each call is correctly assigned to the Pipedrive user who answered the phone.

7. Pipedrive Pipeline - Select from the dropdown the pipeline where you want the calls to be sent as Deals.

8. On the right side of the page, under “Choose from the options below what you want to happen when the Person already exists in Pipedrive and has an associated Deal (Active, Lost, or Won)”...

choose the desired scenarios for cases where the Deals already exist in Pipedrive.

9. Choose whether you want to send the call source (Lead Source) to both Person and Deal.

Keep in mind:

• If the Person already exists, the Lead Source will not be added again.

• If a Person already has a Lead Source, it will not be modified or updated for future calls.

10. To save changes and activate the INVOX - Pipedrive integration, click the “Save” button.

After Completing the Integration

Depending on your INVOX account settings, you will see the calls in the Deals section, at the first stage of the pipeline. Each new Deal generated from calls will be named as follows: “{{Caller ID}} Deal (Call Tracking)”

Clicking on the Deal will show the call details on the right side of the page under the “Focus” section. Once you mark the call as “Mark as done”, it will automatically move to Activity and will remain permanently in that Deal’s history.

Uninstalling the Integration

To uninstall the INVOX - Pipedrive integration, simply click the “Disconnect from Pipedrive” button.
