These platforms facilitate the buying of display, video, mobile, and search ads.

Tracking

Is the platform GDPR compliant?

Yes, the InZynk platform is GDPR compliant.

We handle IP addresses and Cookie IDs, recognized as personal data under GDPR. Although we cannot identify individuals solely from the data we collect (IP address and Cookie ID), our use of this data for marketing and analytical purposes is fully aligned with GDPR regulations, ensuring we consider the necessity and basis for data collection. InZynk ensures that we do not transfer personal data outside of the EU/EEA. We advise our customers to integrate our script within their cookie consent framework, which secures the necessary consents. For advertising, we rely on IP addresses, which are not linked to specific individuals, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.

Why are we seeing clicks but no visits?

There are several reasons why clicks may be registered without corresponding visits. Understanding the distinction between where each action is recorded is crucial:

  • A click is recorded when a user interacts with an ad on a website.

  • A visit is counted once the user lands on the website where the tracking script is installed, and the user has accepted cookies.

Discrepancies can arise if there are issues with the tracking script’s implementation, if the user does not accept cookies, or if the user employs a security service that prevents the script-hosting website from transmitting the IP number.

What is an impression?

The number of impressions represents the frequency with which your ad is displayed. An ad impression is counted each time an ad appears within an application or on a website.

What's the difference between Accounts and Visitors?

A visiting company is an identified organization that has visited your website, whereas an Account refers to the specific accounts you have chosen to target.
