Prerequisites : This feature is available for users with a View Creator role.

Access Indaview Creator.

You will be redirected to the application management page.

To start creating views, define a monitoring application in which the views can be accessed.

Create an application

Click on the Create new application button.

You must then specify several parameters :

A title
An address suffix for accessing the application
An owner (the Become owner button allows you to designate yourself as the owner)
You can restrict access to certain users

Click Save Changes.

Your application is now created.

Edit the settings of an application

To modify the settings of an application, click on Edit configuration, in the Application management screen.

You can edit :

the title of the application
the address suffix

Duplicate an application

To duplicate an application, click on the Other Operations / Duplicate application button on the application management screen.

A copy of the application will then be generated. By default, it will have the title "Copy of [title of original application]".

Delete an application

Note : To delete an application, you have to be its owner or have an administrator role.

Select the application, then click on Edit the configuration.

Then click on Delete application.

A confirmation message appears.

Click on "Ok".

The application is deleted and no longer appears in the applications list.

Import/Export an Application

You have the option to export and import applications from the Io-base "Import IndaView" portal.

Export an Application

To export an application, click on "Other operations" in the Application Management menu.

Then, click on "Export to my files".

Confirm the export by clicking "OK".

Once the export is complete, a message will appear to indicate the success of the operation.

To find the export file, log into the Io-base portal and go to the "Others/Import IndaView" menu.

Then select the "Indaview" folder, followed by the "Applications" folder.

You will find the zip file related to the application.

Hovering over the file, you can download or delete it.

Import an Application

Prerequisite : To import an application, its configuration file must be imported into the Io-base "Import IndaView" portal and stored in the Indaview/Applications folder.

To import an application, click on "Other operations" in the Application Management menu.

Then click on "Import from my files."

A window will open and display all the application files contained in the "Import IndaView" portal.

Select the application you want to import by clicking on the file name.

The selected file will appear in the frame at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm the selection by clicking "Confirm selection".

The application will be imported and will appear in the list of available applications.
