iPacket has the ability to send events to GA4 and Tealium analytics tools. Customer interaction with both the iPacket Web Plugin & iPacket VDP can now be tracked this way. The events follow the specification created by the Automotive Standards Council.
🔌iPacket Web Plugin Analytics Setup
Once Web Plugin is installed on a dealers site it will automatically send ASC spec events to any GA4 and Tealium tags that are installed on that page. There’s no additional setup. Just install our web plugin and make sure the relevant GA4/Tealium integration is installed properly on the site.
⚡iPacket VDP Analytics Setup
GA4 and Tealium tags can be added to your iPacket VDP as well. Contact our support and request to have an analytics tag added to your VDP pages. Make sure to have the installation snippet ready for the platform of your choice.
