How to archive content

Select the row of the content you wish to archive on your Create dashboard, and then the kebab menu (three dots). Select Archive.

When you archive content, that content will also appear in an archived state for any other collaborators. Archiving published content will also remove it from the Content tab for manage users, and so no new classes will be able to be activated from it.

Archiving a course in Create does not affect any scheduled, current, or past class activations, it just means new class activations can no longer be created.

Note: You can unarchive the content to create another activation.

Archive tab

The Archive tab on your Create dash holds any courses that have been placed into an archived state. If you wish to unarchive content you have archived by mistake, or delete content you no longer require, select the appropriate content row on the table, hovering over the table row to reveal the unarchive or delete functions.
