How to find an existing class activation

Managers can find class activations on the Create dashboard and then view or edit activation details.

You can find class activations that have already been set up in your Create dashboard. Find them on the table displayed on the Content tab or in the All activations tab.

Via All activations

The most straightforward way to find an activation is by heading to the All activations tab.

  1. On your Create dashboard select All activations.

  2. Use Search to narrow down your activations. You can search using the class name, the activation or Content id, or the identifier (if one has been used).

  3. Select the pencil icon for the relevant activation to manage the activation.

Via the Content tab

You can also find activations with the table seen on the Content tab.

  1. Go to your Create dashboard and ensure you are on the Content tab.

  2. Use Search to narrow down the list of courses. You can search using the course title or its metadata, such as category, level, topic or tags.

  3. Select the three dots icon next to the Activate (or Edit) button.

  4. Select Activations from the options.

  5. Select Scheduled, Current, or Past.

  6. Select Manage to view the activation and make any edits.
