Where do I see content reports?

To see confirmed content reports, head to Course hub (on the left menu when editing a course).

In the Course hub you can:

  • See the type of content reported (text, task, video etc.) and the reasons given.

  • Follow the link to view the content on the page.

  • Make any updates needed, and Mark as complete.

  • When you Publish the course, any that have been marked as complete will be removed from the list.

How do I clear the reported content list?

To clear the list reported content, you need to Mark as complete and Republish the content.

How do I know when content is reported?

Organisations manage how course authors are notified (or not) and can set it up such that if a facilitator confirms reported content, the author(s) of the course get an email.
