Learners can report content they think needs an update. The class facilitator(s) can review reported content, and either confirm it to send it on to course author(s) to action or dismiss it.

How to see which content has been reported

When learners report content, facilitators can see the list in their Class console, under Reported content.

You can:

Notes

Some content reports may be automatically triaged outside of the platform. Speak to your account owner to see how your content reporting has been set up.

For self-directed courses that aren't facilitated we recommend that you add a facilitator to each class and periodically check in for any reported feedback so you can action.
