Create an online calendar that you can share on your website, email signatures, social media profiles - really anywhere you want. Booking calendars allow your clients and leads to view your availability and book online. This is a great option when you know your calendar, and you want share that calendar publicly.
You can create multiple calendar links - for example, you can have a calendar for each genre of photography you specialize in. The calendars communicate with each other so you won't double book if you have the same availability or overlapping availability on multiple calendars.
Follow the steps below to get setup.
My Setting > Settings > Booking Setup > Click the Create Booking Calendar button.
Title the booking calendar and fill in introduction. Both of these boxes are seen by the client on the booking page.
Choose your session type and workflow. Connect a gallery if you use PicTime or ShootProof.
You can set a location, add a new one or leave the location off.
If you want to collect client address check the box to require client address.
Optional: Attach a contract and/or invoice to the booking setup and you can check the box to allow clients to use a coupon. Click Save and Continue.
*Note: If you are in a Starter plan you will not have the option for Workflow, Gallery Integration or Coupon Codes. If you would like to add these options to your plan please navigate to your subscription page and click the pencil to edit your plan.
