We have added in some additional functionality to our calendar which now allows you to indicate if a calendar event should be viewed as Free/Flexible. If you have items on your calendar that you do not want Iris Works to view as a busy/booked time slot, simply select the option of “Mark As Free” when creating or editing the event.
