Updated over 4 years ago

Iris has created an on-the-go mobile app for users to stay connected to their business. The beta version of our mobile app pairs perfectly with our web application to help you grow your business and keep your fingers on the pulse of your client activity.

Where do I find the Iris mobile app? Is there a fee?

The Iris mobile app is included in your subscription and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

What can I see on my dashboard?

You will see Upcoming Events, To-Dos and Recent Client Activity.

How can I add clients and leads from the app?

Select Clients from the main menu. Here you will see the options to add a new client or lead.

Can I edit client information once it’s been added?

Yes, you can edit your client information, view their details and add new events from the client page. You will also be able to see pending, upcoming and past sessions.

How can I see scheduled emails and recent activity for a client?

From the client’s page, click “Activity” to view these details.

What about to-dos for each client?

From the client detail page, click “To Dos” to view the specific to-do items.

Can I send an email to a client from the mobile app?

Yes, you can select and send an email template directly from the app.

How does the calendar work?

If you click “Calendar” on the left-hand side, you can view your calendar one month at a time. Just as you can in the desktop application, you can also add new events directly from the mobile app. Once an event is added, a red dot will show on the date to indicate that there is a scheduled event.

Can I view and manage my invoices from the mobile app?

You are currently able to view invoices that have been created from the Iris desktop application. You can view the details and status of these invoices. At this time, you will not be able to create new invoices from the mobile app.

Can I see client questionnaires and contracts in the mobile app?

You can view any sent questionnaires and contracts from the mobile app. At this time, the app does not have the ability to create new questionnaires/contracts; nor do you have the ability to send a questionnaire/contract from the mobile app, unless the item is part of an email template.

What’s next for the mobile app?

In the coming weeks and months, our mobile app will continue to grow and add features, keeping you more connected than ever. We will keep you posted on all of the exciting releases as they happen!
