Why am I getting a message that my client's email address is invalid?

We have recently implemented a new email validation system. When an email receives a score below a certain validation score, Iris will not send the email.

If this happens, you may contact support using the chat button in the bottom left or email us directly at support@iris-works.com and we will review the client's email address.
