If you're transitioning to Iris Works from another program, or you have a list of existing clients you wish to import into Iris Works, we can help with that.

Head to your Client page and select "Import Clients". Be sure to use the exact column titles in your CSV file.

Each client must contain a First Name and Last Name, Email Address, as well as email marketing status*. These fields cannot be blank. Other fields are optional.

* When adding "yes" to the email_marketing column, you are confirming you have the client's permission to send them promotional emails.
