Within the Workflows section of your studio profile, you can now make changes to existing workflows*. Go to the workflows section of your studio profile then select the workflow template or the pencil icon for the workflow on the right.

Once you are in the workflow you wish to edit, click on any workflow item you want to change. This will allow you to edit the item itself. If you want to delete any item from the workflow, simply select the "x" to the right of the item to delete it. Now when you delete a workflow item you will have the option to apply the changes to existing workflows that have not reached that particular step. The prompt will tell you how many workflows this will affect. You may also add workflow items to the workflow. The same process will be in place.

Any changes made to email templates within a step will still reflect the

change if it has not already been sent.

* This feature will only work and apply to workflows that were initiated after the release date of this feature which was Nov 8, 2022.
