How to connect Pic-Time:
Navigate to your Studio Profile and select 'Gallery Integrations' from the left-hand panel.
Follow the prompts to connect your Pic-Time account.
Once you've successfully connected your Pic-Time account, you're ready to streamline your gallery process!
Upon creating a new session in Iris Works, you will have the option to also create the associated Pic-Time gallery. When creating your session/event in Iris Works, simply check the box next to 'Create Pic-Time Project'.
Once you have saved your session/event in Iris Works, the Pic-Time gallery has been created for you. You can easily access the gallery from the Client's Profile, by choosing 'Galleries' from the left hand panel.
This can also be toggled on for your booking calendars so the gallery will be created once a client books.
We also recommend leveraging the variable for your client's Pic-Time gallery in your email templates. To do so, when creating your email template, select the three dots in the toolbar, then choose Variables. Here you will see 'Pic-Time Gallery Link' as an option. Choose this variable to automatically populate the client's Pic-Time gallery upon sending.
