Once your Iris Works and ShootProof accounts are connected, a gallery will be created for you every time you create a new session and have toggled on the option "create shootproof gallery". This can also be turned on for your booking calendars so the gallery will be created once a client books.

If you wish to turn this functionality off for a particular session or calendar event, simply toggle the 'Create ShootProof Gallery' option off when creating the event. 

If you have multiple brands within your ShootProof account, you can also choose the appropriate brand per session. 

You will then be able to access your client's gallery from within the Galleries tab in the client's profile in Iris Works.

You can send your client the gallery through Shootproof, or you can send the gallery through Iris, as the gallery becomes a variable that you can choose from to include in an email template.
