“Israel Gives on GoodDeeds Day” is a bonus donation promotion where IsraelGives will donate to a participating charity up to ₪100 (or $25, if the donation is made in U.S. or Canadian dollars, or the equivalent value in any other currency) for each new monthly donation made beginning March 18th, 2025 at 12:01 AM Israel time (IST) to March 19th, 2025 at 9:59 a.m. Israel Time (IST) to a maximum aggregate amount of donations from IsraelGives to all participating charities of ₪100,000.
As an illustration of the matching offer:
For a recurring donation of ₪50, we'll add an additional ₪50.
For a recurring donation of ₪100, we'll add an additional ₪100.
For a recurring donation of ₪150, we'll add an additional ₪100.
The match will be on the first donation of the newly scheduled monthly donation, placed on the day of the campaign. So for a recurring donation of ₪100 made on March 18, 2025, the match would be on the donation made on April 18, 2025.
To be a donation eligible for matching, the scheduled monthly donation must be made:
Through the websites IsraelGives.org or IsraelToremet.org, or
Through a donation form at the domains secured.israelgives.org, secured.israeltoremet.org, or secureddonation.com, or through a crowdfunding campaign, whose domains are my.israelgives.org or my.givingtech.org - where the extension
&cs10=gooddeedsdayhas been added to the URL of the form or campaign, orThrough a FundMe crowdfunding campaign using the "GoodDeeds Day" category.
If the total dollars raised from the campaign exceeds the total available match of ₪100,000, IsraelGives will choose eligible donations to be matched, at its discretion.
A donation will not be an Eligible Donation if the donation is made by any donor who had an active monthly donation that existed prior to March 18, 2025 and creates a new monthly donation for the same charity on that date.
IsraelGives reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to end, suspend, reinstate or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever. All decisions by IsraelGives with respect to all aspects of this promotion will be final and binding in all respects. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions or any decision rendered by IsraelGives, the decision or interpretation of IsraelGives will prevail.
IsraelGives is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.
IsraelGives is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing the websites referred to herein, making any donations or downloading information in connection with this promotion.
IsraelGives does not assume responsibility of any nature whatsoever in cases where the inability to hold this promotion results from any event beyond the reasonable control of IsraelGives, including without limitation, any act of God, any strike, lock-out or other labour conflict, war, act of terror, or should a virus, worm, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the IsraelGives Helps corrupt the security, data integrity, or proper administration of this promotion.
This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrants and IsraelGives in connection with this promotion, governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Israel applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.
Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Israel.
