If you wish to fundraise in the U.S., we can connect you with America Gives, a U.S. 501c3 organization that enables U.S. donors to support international charitable activities. Their criteria for eligibility include:

  • Collecting information and identification about your organization's leadership and senior employees.

  • Filling out an application form in which you detail your charitable activities and confirm that they are "equivalent" to what would be charitable by U.S. law.

  • Providing your certificate of incorporation and financial reports.

  • Provide your bank account information.

If your organization is from Israel

To qualify to receive 501(c)3 tax-deductible status through our US partner America Gives, you'll need to sign and upload a simple application form. If your charity is from Israel, you'll also need to upload 6 standard financial and legal documents:

  • Ishur Nihul Takin (or Nihul Takin Zmani for new organizations)

  • Sivug Malcar

  • Ishur Nihul Pinkasei Chesbonot

  • Ishur Nikui Mas B'Makor

  • Your last audited financial report
