What Counts as Valid Proof of Address?

To verify your residential address, you'll need to provide a document that meets the following criteria:

  • Clearly displays your full name, home address, and the issue date

  • Is dated within the last 3 months

  • Shows all four corners of the document in the image

  • Is uploaded as a PDF if itโ€™s a digital file

โœ… Accepted Documents Include:

  • Utility bills (gas, electricity, water, landline, broadband, or TV services)

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Traditional bank statements (excluding digital banks like Revolut or N26)

  • Home or health insurance statements

  • Rental bills

  • Council tax or local authority tax notices

  • Official letters from government bodies, such as pension, unemployment, or debt recovery correspondence

  • Traffic fines or other legal notices

โŒ Not Accepted:

  • Payslips or salary statements

  • Medical or hospital bills

  • Standard purchase receipts or invoices

  • Car or pet insurance documents

  • Bank statements from digital-only banks (e.g., Revolut, N26)

  • Union or membership documents

Make sure your document is recent and clearly legible to avoid any delays in verification.
