Overview

Once you have completed your initial account setup in JACK, navigate to Settings > Accounting and Payments > Accounting Integration and click .

This will open a new screen in QuickBooks where you will be asked to log in using your credentials. QuickBooks will ask you to select the organization you wish to connect to your JACK account. Select the relevant organization and click Connect to finalize.

Once the link is created, you will be redirected back to your JACK account, where you must Configure Account Mappings using the Sales, Bills and Payments dropdown. Once complete, click Save Changes to finalize.

ℹ️ Account Mapping determines which QuickBooks Chart of Accounts are used for supplier bills and customer invoices, coding bills to the selected expense or cost account on approval, and invoices to the Income account linked to the relevant Product or Service when scheduled or sent.
