Once bills are approved in JACK, they are ready to be pushed to QuickBooks for payment. JACK syncs your supplier and subcontractor bills directly into QuickBooks as drafts, ready for you to review and approve for payment.

Use the  button to pull updates from QuickBooks back into JACK (for example, to mark a bill as paid after payment has been processed in QuickBooks).

What Happens in QuickBooks

Bills pushed from JACK will appear in QuickBooks as draft bills. For review then approval within QuickBooks to make it available for payment.

Bills can be found under All Apps > Expenses & Bills > Bills or by Vendor.

Once paid in QuickBooks, use the Refresh button in JACK to sync the paid status back to your JACK records.

💡 Bills set to Hold or Rejected in JACK will not be included in the sync to your accounting software.

⚠️ A bill already entered directly in your accounting software cannot be linked back to JACK retroactively.
