Overview
Starting your job with a lead. This keeps all estimate versions, proposals and job activity organized in one place and supports accurate sales pipeline reporting as opportunities progress toward a signed contract.
From the Sales tab choose

-Give your lead a unique Name related to the job. Some builders use the clients name or the Jobs address etc.
-Choosing the Status relates directly to where your lead lands within your Sales Pipeline.
-Set the Client Contact, this contact will show when sending out proposals, client invoices, link up to QuickBooks for billing purposes and optionally receive notifications for task completions.
Details
Once your lead is created you are brought to the Details tab. Use this area to record lead specific information/notes.
Fill out the relevant fields and Project Address. Utilizing the Expected Contract Signing, Construction Start Date and Budget fields links to your Cashflow forecast.
