My Account Disappeared!

How do I get my account back?

Sign in to your account through Facebook.

πŸ’‘ If you didn't link to Facebook, please contact us via our Customer Support in-game chat or via email bf_support@productmadness.com.

I Linked My Account to Facebook:

  1. Download the app (or open it in your web browser if you play Big Fish Casino online on your computer).

  2. Open the app (game).

  3. Tap the gear-shaped icon.

  4. Tap Account Settings or Account.

  5. Tap Connect.

  6. If requested, enter your Facebook info.

  7. Confirm that you wish to import the Facebook-linked account.

The existing account on the device will be overwritten by the account that is being imported using Facebook.

As a reminder, to recover an account, it must have been linked to Facebook. If you did not link to Facebook before the account disappeared, please contact us and share as much of the information below as possible.

I Did NOT Link My Account to Facebook:

Please contact Customer Support and share as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your Friend Code (if you remember it. If not, don't worry.)

  • The Friend Code that currently appears on your device (if you see a new one)

  • Your username

  • A description of the profile picture(s) that were on your account

  • The approximate level you reached

  • The approximate number of virtual chips/coins or gold (for Big Fish Casino only) that you had on the account

  • Your Club

  • The information about the last 2 purchases

With this information, we will do everything we can to help recover your account!
