How do I transfer my progress to a new device?
On the current device, link your account to Facebook.
Next, grab the new device and follow these steps:
Download the APP (Big Fish Casino or Jackpot Magic Slots) or open it in your web browser if you play online on your computer.
Open the APP.
Tap the gear-shaped icon.
Tap Account Settings or Account.
Tap Connect.
If requested, enter your Facebook info.
Confirm that you wish to import the Facebook-linked account.
Your account will overwrite the new account, and you'll be able to pick up right where you left off.

Contact Customer Support and share as much of the following information as possible:
Your Friend Code (if you remember it. If not, don't worry.)
The Friend Code that currently appears on your device (if you see a new one)
Your username
A description of the profile picture(s) that were on your account
The approximate level you reached
The approximate number of virtual chips/coins or gold that you had on the account
Your Club
The information about the last 2 purchases. Please note that a screenshot of the purchase receipt is required.
With this information, Customer Support will do everything they can to help recover your account.
