I didn't get my Return Bonus. What should I do?
On rare occasions, the Return Bonus notification might not pop up.
Even if your game closes for any reason before you can press the Collect button, the virtual Coins will still be added to your account.
There are very rare cases when the reward system has a glitch.
If you believe this happened, here are some steps that may help:
Check the full virtual Coin count - Some displays can only fit a certain number of characters. To fit the virtual Coin total in the display, the total may be rounded. If you don’t see your total changing, it may simply be because the quantity of newly added virtual Coins is not large enough to affect the displayed rounded total. You can always view your full, non-rounded virtual Coin total at the bottom of the in-game store.
Check the connection - The game may be having trouble connecting. If your connection is interrupted while the virtual Coin total is updating, the new total may not display. Playing on a fast, stable connection is the best way to prevent this from happening.
