I didn't get virtual Coins for a scatter pot burst. What should I do?
If you are disconnected before receiving virtual Coins for a scatter pot burst, you will still get your share of the pot burst .
Try this:
Reopen the game - Even if you're no longer at the table, you'll get a notification about your winning virtual Coins once the pot bursts.
Check the full virtual Coin count - Some displays can only fit a certain number of characters. To fit the virtual Coin total in the display, the total may be rounded. If you don’t see your total changing, it may simply be because the quantity of newly added virtual Coins is not large enough to affect the displayed rounded total. You can always view your full, non-rounded virtual Coin total at the bottom of the in-game store.
Check the connection - The game may be having trouble connecting. If your connection is interrupted while the virtual Coin total is updating, the new total may not display. Playing on a fast, stable connection is the best way to prevent this from happening.
