Help With Deposits:

Sent to the Wrong Address:

If you've sent a transaction to the wrong address, your first step is to contact the recipient directly. If you don't know who owns that address, unfortunately, there's no way to recover the funds.

Deposited the Wrong Coin or Used the Wrong Network

If you've deposited through an unsupported network or sent an unsupported coin, contact our support team right away. Always double-check that you're using the correct network for your deposit to avoid this happening.

Please keep in mind: funds sent via unsupported networks may be lost permanently. In rare cases where recovery is possible, a retrieval fee will apply, and the process can take up to 60 days.

To keep your funds safe, always verify the network details before making a deposit.

To avoid errors:

  • Double-check the blockchain network before sending funds.

  • Make sure the coin is supported on Jacks Club.

  • Send a small test amount first, just to be safe.

  • Use copy-paste or scan the QR code instead of typing addresses manually.

  • Review all transaction details carefully — blockchain transactions generally can't be reversed.

Incorrect Tag/Memo:

Some cryptocurrencies, like XRP and TON, need both the correct address and a matching MEMO or TAG for funds to be credited to your Jacks Club account.

If the MEMO or TAG is incorrect, there's a real risk your funds could be lost and unrecoverable.

Transaction Fees at Jacks Club:

Jacks Club doesn't charge any fees for deposits.

Any fees you see are network (Gas) fees — a standard part of every crypto transaction, charged by the blockchain itself, not by us. These fees vary depending on the cryptocurrency and how busy the network is at the time.

Deposit Limits:

Every cryptocurrency has a minimum deposit limit, shown in the Deposit section when you open your wallet:

  • Bitcoin (BTC): 0.0001 BTC

  • Bitcoin Cash (BCH): 0.001 BCH

  • Litecoin (LTC): 0.01 LTC

  • Dogecoin (DOGE): 1 DOGE

  • Ethereum (ETH): 0.002 ETH

  • Ripple (XRP): 4 XRP (Missing or incorrect destination tag may lead to loss of funds)

  • Tron (TRX): 10 TRX

  • USD-Tether (USDT): 5 USDT

  • USD-C (USDC): 5 USDC

  • Binance Coin (BNB): 0.01 BNB

  • Cardano (ADA): 2 ADA

  • Solana (SOL): 0.05 SOL

  • Toncoin (TON): 1.35 TON (Missing or incorrect destination tag may lead to loss of funds)

  • Polygon(POL): 10 POL

    Important Tips:

  • Include enough for the gas fee so your deposit doesn't fall below the minimum after it's deducted.

  • Deposits below the minimum limit may not be credited or recoverable.

  • If recovery is possible, a fee applies, and the process can take up to 60 days.

What is Transaction Hash?

A transaction hash is a unique code generated for every transaction on the blockchain — think of it as a digital receipt or fingerprint. It lets you track, verify, and confirm the details of that specific transaction.

By entering the hash into a blockchain explorer, you can see the sender and receiver addresses, amount transferred, timestamp, transaction fees, and confirmation status. This hash keeps things transparent and secure, making sure the transaction data can't be tampered with.

How to find your Transaction Hash?

  • Open the crypto wallet you sent the funds from.

  • Go to your transaction history within the wallet.

  • Find the transaction you sent to Jacks Club.

  • Open it to view the full details.

  • Look for the transaction hash (also called TxID or Transaction ID).

  • Use this hash to track and verify your transaction on the blockchain.
