What is Jamble?

Jamble is a live shopping app, available on iOS and Android. Sellers host lives to show and sell products, and buyers watch, chat and buy in real time. You can also buy anytime in the Loja (shop), without a live.

For buyers

  • Watch lives: find live and upcoming lives on the home page and join with one tap

  • Buy in lives: send offers or use Comprar Agora (Buy now), depending on the sale type the seller chose

  • Buy in the Loja: fixed-price products, a cart and the option to make an offer to the seller

  • Pay in the app: by credit card or Pix. All fees show in the order summary before you pay

  • Track your order: the status and tracking show in Minhas compras (My purchases)

For sellers

  • Apply: on your profile, tap Candidate-se para vender ao vivo (Apply to sell live). You get a notification when you are approved

  • Sell live and in the Loja: schedule lives and create fixed-price listings

  • Ship your orders: create the shipping label in the app or in the Seller Hub and drop off the package

  • Get your earnings: your sales go to your wallet and you withdraw them to your bank account

Safe purchases

  • Payments are made inside the app, and your card details are not shared with the seller

  • The status of each order is updated in the app, from payment to delivery

  • If something goes wrong with an order, Jamble support helps you
