Seller Hub: sell from your computer
The Seller Hub is Jamble for sellers on a computer. In your browser, you can create products, schedule and host your lives, follow your sales, print labels and withdraw your earnings.
It is the same account as the app. What you do on your computer shows up on your phone, and the other way around.
Who can use it
The Seller Hub is for people who already sell on Jamble. If you are not a seller yet, apply in the app. See Apply to Sell on Jamble.
Signing in on the website does not create a new account and does not change anything on your profile.
How to sign in
On your computer, go to jamble.com/seller/dashboard.
Enter the same phone number as your app account and click Receber código no WhatsApp (get the code on WhatsApp). If the code does not arrive, click Reenviar por SMS (resend by SMS).
Enter the 6-digit code.
If you sign in to the app with Google or Apple, you can also use Entrar com Google or Entrar com Apple.
What you find in the menu
Visão Geral (Overview): a summary of your account and your next lives
Lives: schedule, edit and follow your lives
Catálogo (Catalog): all your products, to edit, duplicate or delete
Vendas (Sales): your sales, with the amount and fees of each one
Envios (Shipping): your parcels and labels, plus Endereços (addresses), Perfis de Envio (shipping profiles) and Preferências de Envio (shipping preferences)
Notas Fiscais (invoices): your invoices and your company details
Carteira (Wallet): your balance, withdrawals and the history in Saques
Indicações (Referrals): to refer buyers and sellers
Meu Perfil (My profile): your personal details, your moderators and blocked profiles
Mensagens (Messages) is the icon at the top of the screen.
The + button
At the top of the screen, the + button gathers the most used shortcuts:
Agendar Live: create a new live
Criar Novo Produto: choose Marketplace to sell anytime, without a live, or add the product to a live
Clonar anúncios (clone listings): bring products from your Shop or from past lives into a live
Importar CSV: create many products at once from a spreadsheet
Import products from a spreadsheet
With the CSV import, you create many products at once. You choose where they go:
Marketplace: the products are for sale in your Shop, anytime, without a live
A scheduled live: the products go into the live. In that case, schedule the live first
Click the +, then Importar CSV.
Under Onde você quer vender? (where do you want to sell), pick Marketplace or one of your scheduled lives.
Click Baixar Modelo XLSX (download the template) and open it in Excel or another spreadsheet program.
Pick the tab for your products' category and fill in one row per product.
Save the file as CSV.
Go back to the Seller Hub and upload the file.
Before any product is created, the Seller Hub shows a preview. If a row has an error, the preview points out what to fix. Each file can have up to 200 rows and 2 MB. For more products, split them into several files.
Host your live from your computer
To start a live, you need a payout account and a shipping address on file. If one is missing, the Seller Hub tells you and shows where to set it up.
On your live's page, you see how long until it starts. Use Testar câmera e som (test camera and sound) to check everything first, without going live. When it is time, click Iniciar Live (go live) and choose:
Transmitir: the live starts with your computer's camera and microphone
Iniciar sem transmitir: the live starts and you stream from another device, like your phone
During the live, you can switch devices:
Transmitir daqui or Assumir transmissão moves the stream to your computer
Ficar como controle remoto keeps the computer for managing products, chat and sales while your phone streams
Stream with OBS
If you use OBS Studio, the Seller Hub has a step-by-step guide under Transmitir com OBS. You do not need a server or a stream key: Jamble uses the OBS Virtual Camera.
Set the OBS canvas to portrait, 720×1280 at 30 fps
On Windows, use Chrome. On Mac, use Safari
Pick your microphone in Jamble, because the Virtual Camera does not carry OBS audio
Run a private test, with no viewers, before going live
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell from my computer? Yes. In the Seller Hub you create products, host lives, confirm sales, print labels and withdraw your earnings, all in your browser.
Do I need to install anything? No. The Seller Hub works in your browser. OBS is optional, only if you want to build scenes for your live.
Does what I do on my computer show up in the app? Yes. It is the same account, so products, lives, sales and messages show up on both.
Can I create an account or apply to sell on the website? No. Your account and your application to sell are done in the app. Once approved, you sign in to the Seller Hub with the same account.
