Generate and Print Shipping Labels

What you will learn

How to generate, download and print the shipping label for an order in Jamble. The available formats, how generation works and what to do in the most common cases.

Before you start

You need:

  • A confirmed sale

  • A printer (standard or thermal)

  • Address and label format configured in your shipping preferences

How label generation works

Once the sale is confirmed, you create the Correios label in the app or in the Seller Hub, on your computer. For live sales, tap Confirmar Vendas (Confirm sales) on the live dashboard after the live ends. Loja (shop) sales are confirmed one by one, in Revisar vendas pendentes (Review pending sales).

The label includes:

  • Your address (sender)

  • Buyer's address (recipient)

  • Barcode and Correios tracking number

  • Package weight and service type

You don't need to access any external website.

Step by step in the app

Step 1: Open the order's package

Open your live's dashboard or Envios (shipments) in the app settings, and tap the package you want to ship.

Step 2: Create the label

If the package shows Adicionar NF or Isentar NF (add or exempt the invoice), complete the invoice step first. Then tap Adicionar Etiqueta (add label). The system calculates shipping and issues the label in the format you chose in your preferences.

The label is issued in a few seconds. You then find it under Ver Etiqueta (see label).

Step 3: Check the label format

If you haven't chosen a default format yet, the app asks you to select one before issuing. Open Settings > Shipping Preferences > Label Format and choose one of three options:

The choice becomes the default for all future labels. You can change it whenever you want.

Step 4: View and print the label

The label appears as a PDF within the app. You can view it, share it to another app (email, printer app) or print it directly.

The label also arrives in your registered email as a backup.

Step 5: Stick the label on the package and take it to Correios

Print according to the format you chose, stick it well on the largest face of the package and take it to a Correios agency. The barcode must be visible, clean and wrinkle-free.

From your computer

In the Seller Hub (jamble.com/seller/dashboard), open Envios and use Imprimir Etiqueta (print label) to print straight from your computer. From a live's dashboard, you can also create and print the labels for all its packages at once.

Label formats

Jamble supports three formats. You set the default in Shipping Preferences and all following labels will use that format.

Half Page (8.5 x 11)

  • Standard. Works on any regular printer

  • Prints on half of an A4 or Letter sheet

  • Cut and stick with tape

  • Ideal for: sellers with home printers

Full Page (8.5 x 11)

  • Same content as half page, but uses the entire sheet

  • No cutting, just fold and stick

  • Ideal for: those who prefer large labels or don't want to cut

Thermal (4 x 6)

  • For thermal label printers (Zebra, DYMO, etc.)

  • Self-adhesive, no tape, no cutting

  • Fastest and most professional option

  • Ideal for: high volume

Printing tips

  • Print at 100% scale. Do not resize or use "fit to page"

  • Make sure the barcode is sharp and not blurry

  • Avoid covering the barcode with tape. If you must, use transparent tape without bubbles or wrinkles

  • Check the buyer's address before sticking it on the package

  • If the printer fails, you can also print from the backup email attachment

Best practices

  • Generate right after confirming. Don't wait until the last day of the shipping deadline

  • One label per order or bundle. If the buyer purchased multiple items in the same show, one label is issued for the entire package

  • Expired label needs to be regenerated. If you wait too long between generating and shipping, the label may no longer be valid. Ship quickly after printing

  • Keep the backup email. It's useful if the app's PDF fails when printing

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to generate? A few seconds. If it takes longer, it's the shipping system processing the request. Wait a moment and try again.

Can I generate from my phone? Yes. The app generates, views and shares the PDF directly from your phone. To print, you can send the PDF to a printer app.

Can I print from my computer? Yes. Sign in to the Seller Hub, open Envios and use Imprimir Etiqueta. You don't need to email the PDF to yourself.

What if the label doesn't generate? Check that your shipping preferences are complete (address, format) and that the invoice step is done. If everything is correct and the button doesn't work, contact support. The most common causes are address validation or temporary system instability.

Can I regenerate a label? If the first one came out poorly printed or expired, it may be possible to regenerate it. Contact support to request a replacement label.

Does the tracking number come on the label? Yes. Every label includes the Correios number and barcode. You and the buyer use the same number to track the delivery.
