Shipping Policy for Sellers

What you will learn

This guide covers Jamble's shipping rules: the deadline to ship after a sale, how to create the label, packaging, tracking and what happens if you are late.

Before you start

You need:

  • An approved seller account on Jamble

  • At least one confirmed sale

The 4-step flow

After a sale, you are responsible for:

  1. Creating the shipping label from the live's dashboard, from Envios (shipments) in the app or in the Seller Hub

  2. Packing the item properly to avoid damage in transit

  3. Taking the package to a Correios post office

  4. Following the tracking until delivery

Jamble shipments go through Correios, with the label created in the app or in the Seller Hub.

Shipping deadline

The shipping deadline is usually about 10 days after the sale is confirmed. In exceptional situations, such as a Correios strike, it can be extended to up to 20 days. The exact deadline always shows on the order, under Prazo de envio. Ship as soon as you can, without waiting for the last day.

  • Live sales need to be confirmed by you on the live dashboard, with Confirmar Vendas (Confirm sales), after the live ends. The shipping deadline starts when you confirm, not at the time of purchase

  • Loja (shop) sales need to be confirmed by you within the time shown in the app. The shipping deadline starts when you confirm

What happens if you are late

If the deadline passes without shipping, the order shows as Envio atrasado (late shipment). Ship as soon as you can: after a few days, the sale is cancelled and the buyer is refunded automatically.

Frequent delays also hurt your seller reputation and can lead to account restrictions.

What the buyer pays

The buyer pays for shipping at checkout. The amount is calculated automatically based on:

  • The product's shipping profile (package weight and size)

  • Your shipping address (origin)

  • The buyer's address (destination)

Shipping is never taken from your earnings.

How to create the label

After the sale, open the live's dashboard or Envios. Sales are organized by buyer, in packages. If the package asks for it, complete the invoice step (Adicionar NF or Isentar NF) and tap Adicionar Etiqueta (add label). From the live's dashboard, you can also create the labels for all packages at once.

Each label includes:

  • The sender's and recipient's addresses

  • The Correios tracking number and barcode

  • The content declaration, when needed

You choose the label format in your Preferências de envio (shipping preferences): Meia página (half page), Página inteira (full page) or Térmica (thermal). See Generate and Print Shipping Labels.

Packaging requirements

  • Use packaging that fits the item's size and weight, matching the product's shipping profile

  • Protect the item with bubble wrap, paper or other filling

  • Seal it securely so the package does not open on the way

  • Keep the label visible, with the barcode and addresses free of folds

Tracking

Every label created by Jamble includes a tracking number. You and the buyer follow the shipment in the app, and tracking updates as the package moves through Correios.

If the buyer says it did not arrive

  1. Check the tracking in the app.

  2. If Correios shows the package as delivered, send the buyer a screenshot of the tracking through messages.

  3. If the package has been stuck for a long time or was lost, contact our support team to open a review.

Reply quickly. Most cases are solved with a good conversation.

Cancelling as a seller

If you need to cancel a sale, open the sale in the app, tap Cancelar venda (cancel sale) and choose a reason:

  • Não foi possível enviar o item (unable to ship the item)

  • Item perdido (item lost)

  • Item danificado (item damaged)

  • O comprador solicitou o cancelamento (buyer requested cancellation)

  • Outras razões (other reasons)

The buyer is refunded to the same payment method. Frequent cancellations can lead to account restrictions.

Invoice (Nota Fiscal)

Before you create the label, the package may ask for the invoice step:

  • Adicionar NF (add invoice): Jamble can issue the invoice for you, or you enter the key of an invoice you already issued

  • Isentar NF (exempt invoice): if you do not need to issue an invoice for this sale

You find your invoices under Notas Fiscais, in the app and in the Seller Hub.

Key tips

  • Ship on time. It is the most important rule

  • Choose the right shipping profile. It sets the shipping the buyer pays

  • Pack carefully. Damaged items lead to returns and bad reviews

  • Keep your shipping address up to date in your shipping preferences

  • Let the buyer know if there is a delay, through messages
