Rewards, Gems, and Seller Ranking

What you'll learn

This guide explains what gems are, how buyers earn and use gems in your lives, and how the Ranking Mensal de Vendedores (Monthly Seller Leaderboard) works.

What gems are

Gems are Jamble's way for buyers to show support. They have no cash value, they are not coupons and they do not turn into discounts. Buyers use them to send animated emojis during lives and show support to sellers.

As a seller, you don't need to do anything to take part. It all happens automatically during your lives.

How buyers earn gems

Buyers earn gems by using the app. Everything is in the Ganhos (Rewards) tab:

  • Watching lives: the app counts the time watched during the day. In the latest app versions, the gems for each milestone are claimed automatically on the live screen while the buyer watches. If a reward hasn't been claimed yet, buyers just convert the time in the Assista e ganhe (Watch & Earn) section before midnight

  • Completing challenges: the tab shows challenges and other actions that give gems, such as inviting friends

The ways to earn gems can change over time. The available options always appear in the Ganhos (Rewards) tab.

How buyers use gems in your live

During the live, the buyer opens the emoji menu, picks an emoji and sends it. Each emoji uses a number of gems, shown in the menu itself.

When a buyer sends an emoji:

  • The animation appears on screen for everyone to see

  • The buyer shows support for you

  • The gems you receive count toward your position in the seller ranking

Gems also count in battles. To learn how battles work, see the Battles article.

Monthly Seller Leaderboard

Jamble has a Ranking Mensal de Vendedores (Monthly Seller Leaderboard) that compares sellers over the month. Your position appears as a badge on your profile, and the ranking can also be opened during the live, from the ranking button on screen.

Your score comes from two things:

  • Sales: the value of purchases made with you

  • Gems received: the emojis your audience sends you

The ranking screen shows the current scoring rules, the list of sellers by Pontuação (Score) and your position. When there are rewards for the top sellers, they also appear on that screen.

The ranking restarts every month, so everyone starts the month from zero.

The seller ranking is separate from battles. Each has its own rules and scoring.

How to climb the ranking

  1. Go live regularly. Consistency counts more than one big isolated live

  2. Engage your audience. Talk with the chat, thank people for emojis and keep the energy up

  3. Sell well. Your sales count for points, so offer products your audience is looking for

  4. Build a loyal audience. People who keep coming back to your lives tend to support you more

  5. Deliver a good experience. Fast shipping and honest descriptions bring buyers back

Important tips

  • You don't need to spend anything. The ranking depends on your sales and your audience's support

  • Emojis show engagement. If your audience sends lots of emojis, it means they are enjoying the live

  • Every month is a new chance. Even after a slow month, the next one starts from zero
