First thing you should know is that as a partner, You cannot self onboard
You have to be invited to have a Jenesys account. You can make a request for an invitation by sending an email to info@jenesys.co
Once you get an Email Invitation, Click the 'Access My Account' Button attached in the. You will be redirected to the Jenesys Partner Dashboard.
This email invitation is unique to your account and will expire after 60 minutes
2. How to Create Your First Client
Click on the '+' icon at the top left, Fill in the required information then Click'Add' to create your first client.Connect your preferred accounting software (Xero/Sage) with Jenesys.
By integrating your slack account with Jenesys, you no longer need to manually upload documents on Jenesys. A user can ask Jack AI questions on slack and get instant responses, or even send expense claim, bill, invoice, credit note or purchase order via slack for approval.

By integrating your email account with Jenesys, you no longer need to manually upload invoices and receipts on the Jenesys app. Jack AI will auto-fetch invoices and receipts from your inbox and if there's a document attached, upload it directly to Jenesys for extraction.

Reconcile feature enables Jenesys users to view and upload receipts and invoices, so Jack AI can accurately extract each line item within these document, save and then synchronise the extracted data into their favourite accounting software. Reconcile save accountants massive amounts of time from having to manually type out each line item from an invoice or receipt into their accounting software.
Click the 'Reconcile' on the side bar, Then Click 'Upload' to upload an invoice or receipt. See complete guide of How to Reconcile here .
Budgets are detailed plans of how much money employees within your organisation are allowed to spend. Budget and approvals work hand in hand to handle seamless expense management. Once a budget has been created employees easily make expense claims by send invoices or purchase orders and Jack AI can automatically approve or deny the expense claims based on the pre existing budget.
Accounting practices will not likely use budgets and approvals feature. So it's disabled by default.
To activate the Budgets and Approvals feature. Click the 'Settings' Button, Scroll down to 'Create and Manage Budgets' then Click on toggle to activate budgets and approvals
