The best solution will be to cancel the auto-renewal of the subscription and renew manually with the needed payment method. For instance, whether you need to switch PayPal accounts or update your credit card on file, canceling auto-renewal allows you to make the necessary changes and renew manually when you're ready.
Please do the following:
Cancel the auto-renewal. You may cancel your subscriptions from your account https://account.crocoblock.com/ Purchase details > View details > Subscription details > Manage > “Cancel” https://prnt.sc/17gpsc1
After that, you can renew manually. You can renew your subscription manually from your account. Go to your Crocoblock account and log into it. In the right-side column, find the Purchase Details section. The Crocoblock Membership tile will be right there.
Click the “View details” button and find the License block.
Hit the “Renew License” link under the Expiration date.
Please note that the Renew license link will appear only after the expiration of your subscription.
If you want to renew earlier, then you can Extend your license. This option is suitable if you decide to switch payment methods or renew before the subscription's expiration date.
You can also do it from your account.
In the right-side column, find the Purchase Details section. The Crocoblock Membership tile will be right there.
Click the “View details” button and find the License block.
Hit the “Extend license” link under the Expiration date.
