You can renew your subscription manually from your account. Go to your Crocoblock account and log into it. In the right-side column, find the Purchase Details section. The Crocoblock Membership tile will be right there. Renewing your subscription ensures uninterrupted service. Crocoblock subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, but you have the option to manually manage your renewals.
Crocoblock subscriptions can be renewed automatically or manually, giving users flexibility to choose a method that suits their needs.
To ensure seamless subscription renewal, verify that your payment details in the account are accurate and up to date.
Click the “View details” button and find the License block.
Hit the “Renew License” link under the Expiration date. Complete the payment process by following the prompts provided on the renewal screen.
If your license is still active, then there will be no Renew license link, but you can Extend the subscription instead.
Log in to your Crocoblock account, navigate to the Purchase Details section, and select the Crocoblock Membership tile. Click View Details and click on the Extend license button. Make sure that you've canceled the auto-renewal. The Extend link will appear only if the subscription is canceled.
To disable auto-renewal, log in to your account and go to Purchase Details. Select the relevant subscription, click View Details, then find Subscription Details. Under Manage, click Cancel.
