Inside of Jetpack Workflow, most of the work you create will be from templates. A template is a standardized process for how you complete a certain type of work. We have a great Workflow Library with free templates that you can draw from or you can build your own templates from scratch. This article is to teach you how to create a template from scratch.
1. From the Jobs tab, click the Templates subtab
2. Click the blue New template button
a. Name the template and fill out any fields that you deem necessary then click Create Job Template
3. Your template has now created! Your next steps will be to customize your template by adding some tasks
4. To add in your tasks, scroll down to the bottom of the template and hit the green 'add task' text. Enter your task name and details and save! Repeat until you've created tasks to document your entire process for this workflow.
Pro Tip: Customize your workflow templates even further using subtasks and hyperlinks to maximize efficiency!
