Once you have added your team members, you can now set their access/permissions within Jetpack
::Note:: Roles and Permissions are predefined but you can still make changes to allow a certain team member more or less access.
2. Select the role that you want the team member to have
::Note:: Roles are the hierarchy of users
a. Staff
i. Has the most basic permissions
b. Job Manager
i. Defaults to all users
ii. Is the manager of a job or project
iii. Is in charge of making sure a job gets completed
iv. Answers to the Owner
d. Owner
i. Has access to all
ii. Is the only user who by default can View all - for jobs, templates, tasks, clients, and staffs
iii. Is the only user to have ability to change other team members' access
vi. Is the only user who has access to the Workflow Library, QuickBooks Online integration settings, and the Metrics Report
3. Select the permissions for that team member
a. Permissions are what the user can or cannot do within Jetpack
i. If a team member is given the View all permission, that individual will be able to view all jobs, tasks, and clients that has been added into the Jetpack account, not just the jobs, tasks, and clients that are assigned to him/her
ii. If a team member is given the View all permission, that individual will be able to view all the templates that have been added into the Jetpack account
iii. If a team member is given the View all permission for staffs, that individual will be able to view other team member's information, including their Billable hour amount and Internal hourly amount
b. Check or uncheck boxes to allow or block access to certain activities
4. Deletion is permanent so ensure that you are limiting your users' ability to delete since the system automatically defaults to allow deletion for all users.
5. The staffs' permission on the bottom allows users to view and edit this section for others, so we suggest you limit who has access to staffs also
