**Important Tip: If a job is set to repeat on a specific day of the month that might not exist every month (example: the 31st), that job will only be repeated on months that have a 31st day. Best Practice here is to use "Monthly on the last day of the month" under 'New Schedule' option! **

1. From the Jobs tab, click on any job name to view

2. Click on the Repeats field to edit

3. Chose New Schedule from the drop-down

4. Select the applicable repeat option of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly

5. Then select how often the job(s) needs to repeat (e.g. every 2 years, every 3 months, every 2 weeks, etc.)

6. Lastly, select the relevant day(s) of the week or week

7. You can choose for this repeat schedule to repeat forever by keeping the box checked, or by unchecking it you can choose an end date for the schedule

8. You can choose to Exclude weekends so the job(s) don't fall on a Saturday or Sunday. If you choose to Exclude weekends, the due date of the job(s) will be pushed to the Friday before the weekend begins!

9. Once the text displays the desired recurrence, click Create

9. The repeat schedule will now show up under that field and you can save the job
