Currently, there isn't a way to archive a client... And if you delete them you lose all history, archives included.

However, we do have a workaround 👍 

We recommend tagging the clients as "inactive" or "archived" to mark the individual, and then, remove the other tags from that client. 

Lastly, edit the client name to add a "Z" in the front of the last name or company name (e.g. ZBabyRuth LLC or Z_Clark, Ruth). This way they will go to the bottom of the client list to further indicate that this is an inactive client.
