Send Email Notifications to Clients and Staff

To send an email notification to a staff member, follow these steps.


    a. From the Jobs tab, click on the name of the job to view the job's profile
    b. In the notes section on the right hand side of the job, type the @ symbol followed         by a coworker’s name to begin composing a note to them

    c. Click Leave note to generate an email to be sent to your coworker
    d. Your coworker can reply directly to that email and their message would also                 show up in the notes section

To send an email to a client from a job profile, follow these steps.


    a. From the Jobs tab, click on the name of the job to view the job's profile
    b. From inside the job's profile, click on Email client in the top right hand corner.

    c. In the pop-up window, you can compose your email by typing it out or selecting an existing email template and click Send Email

   

d. The notes section will now show you that an email was sent along with a                       timestamp and the subject of the email sent. 

::Note:: For confidentiality reasons, Jetpack does not store the body of your email within Jetpack. You will only be able to view the timestamp and a simple subject line. If you would like the system to save and store a copy of the email you sent to the client in your inbox/sent folder, integrate your Gmail or Office 365 with Jetpack.

To send a client email from a client's profile follow these steps.


    a. From the Clients tab, click on any client to view that client profile
    b. Click on the Email subtab to compose and send an email to your client

   

c. Once your email has been sent, click on the Activity subtab to see that an email           was sent along with a timestamp and the subject of the email sent. 

::Note:: For confidentiality reasons, Jetpack does not store the body of your email within Jetpack. You will only be able to view the timestamp and a simple subject line. If you would like the system to save and store a copy of the email you sent to the client in your inbox/sent folder, integrate your Gmail or Office 365 with Jetpack.
