This guide provides instructions on how to adjust your multi-factor authentication settings in the Jiko dashboard.
Note: Please contact Jiko support to activate email MFA initially.
To begin, log in to your business dashboard and select your profile:
Click on ‘Settings’.
Under Account info > Personal info, click on the square box with an arrow.
Go to the Security & Authentication tab to manage your MFA settings. From here, you can enroll in Time-based One Time Password (TOTP) via an Authenticator app
Authenticator Apps like Google Authenticator can be used for TOTP MFA.
