Onboarding Checklist

After creating your account, you'll be directed to the main page. Here, you'll find an easy-to-follow list of tasks to finish in order to begin using JobMojito the right way


Check your Public Portal

Just click on "portal URL" on your dashboard. This will show you your Public Portal so you can see what it looks like. You can now start customizing it to match your brand


Customise your portal

To start personalizing your public portal, go to the Portal Customization section in the menu and start making your changes. Find more detailed instructions in this article


Fill in Company Info

Simply navigate to the Company Information section in the menu and fill in all the basic business information, main contact person and your company details.

This information will be used for commissions payouts and the company details will be in our terms and conditions for better partnership opportunities


Purchase some Sponsorship packages and assign to users

To let your users (Job Seekers) start using your coaching services and access all the features, you first need to let them purchase service packages by or provide them sponsorship credits. Go to the Job Seeker Sponsorship page to start this process. Here you can learn more on how to purchase sponsorship packages and assign credits to your users


Add your coaches to your new platform

It's easy to invite your coaches. Right now, you can do this from the Job Seekers page. They will be able to create custom sessions work with your users. Learn more about this process in this article


Invite Job Seekers

You can now invite job seekers to join your platform. Give them a chance to try out the tool and do practice interviews. You just need to go to the Job Seekers page in our menu. Learn more on how to start inviting them


Create Coaching Sessions

Making your own coaching session is pretty easy. You just go to the Coaching Sessions page on the menu and create your session there. Here you can find detailed instructions on how to set up your session

Monitor all your platform analytics

You can check all the things happening on your portal. Just go to the Analytics page and you'll find details for any period of time you choose. You can see:

  • Number of users that are invited or activated their accounts

  • Number of interview coach sessions

  • Number of executed resume checks

  • Number of generated cover letters
    ​


Track income from job seekers' commission purchases

If you allow your users to buy coaching services on your portal, you'll get a share from each sale. You can see how much you've earned from these sales on the Commission page


Overview of all system emails

We send different types of emails to your users on your behalf. These include system alerts, updates and verification emails. You can learn more about these emails in the following article

Note: We won't send any spam or marketing emails to your job applicants. Our goal is to enhance your company's reputation. We'll only send essential system notification emails
