The Art of Asking Questions

Asking good questions is productive, positive, and creative, and can get you what you want. Good questions matter so much in an organisation which is it’s so important to ask questions during sessions, meetings, and when instructions are given.

Good questions allow you to connect with colleagues and senior managers, reveal facts, solve problems, and examine information.

Effective questions are mostly what and how instead of why, but asking why is also an important thing the way that you ask the why is also incredibly important.

Keep in mind, half of asking good questions is effective listening.
