Congratulations! You've finished your tree assessment, and its now available for download on your project page.

The report contains information and maps that should meet the validation requirements for your LPA. It should also - if you prove that there are no impacts to nearby trees - provide everything needed for the "trees" part of your planning application. If, however, the report doesn't prove that the trees aren't impacted, the LPA may request additional information.

How to download your documents

You can download the documents from the main menu. When you have completed the journey, the "Get Report" button will light up in green. You only need to press the buttons once, and then the report will be generated and sent to you via email. Please note that the file may take a few minutes to be generated and sent to you.

What to do with the finished documents

First, please check to make sure that the documents fully comply with the rules.

On your planning portal page, you will be asked to "add plans and documents".

You will then be asked to "Add supporting documents".

You will be asked to select the document type
