“The total area of intended habitat parcels (newly created area) should be equal to the total area lost of existing habitat parcels on your site…”
And you’re unable to move forward, please email info@joesblooms.com to get support.

🔎 What This Error Means
The system is currently checking that:
Total area of habitats being created = Total area of habitats being lost
Step 1️⃣ – Check the Baseline Covers 100% of the Red Line
Step 2️⃣ – Redraw Post-Development Parcels One by One
Delete one post-development parcel.
Redraw it cleanly.
Press save.
Check if the totals move closer together.
If not:
Delete the next one.
Redraw.
Repeat.
