In order to get an accurate metric sheet, you need to make sure that you have fully filled in the red line diagram with habitat parcels.
This box will tell you how much area you have left to fill next to Remaining Area. In the example above there are 109.0471m2 that are left to fill in.
There are several different ways you can complete it.
Tip One: Make use of the AutoFill option (if you know where the gap is)
On the Baseline habitat parcels page, click + Add Another Parcel
Select the right habitat type
On the map screen, select AutoFill at the top of the screen and click on the gap in the map so that it is totally filled in.
Repeat the process until all gaps in the red line diagram are filled in.
Tip Two: Make full use of the Edit Function (if you don't know where the gap is)
On the Baseline habitat parcels page, click on the largest parcel that you have drawn (you can work this out by looking at the "Parcel Size" column.
Press Continue on the What is the type of parcel? page
On the map screen, select Edit at the top of the screen. Click and drag the white boxes around the habitat parcel so that it goes beyond the red line diagram and into the other habitat parcels. Once done, press Edit again, and the parcel will snap to fill in all the gaps around it.
Press Continue twice, and you will return to the Baseline habitat parcels page. Check the counter at the bottom to see if the area mapped matches the site size.
If not, repeat the process with the next largest habitat parcel. Keep repeating this process.
