The Biodiversity Net Gain tool is NOT suitable for the following,
(Currently) not currently suitable if you have linear waterways
Not suitable if the Local Planning Authority has told you that there are special circumstances on your site.
Not suitable if you are aware of unapproved works that have degraded the habitat.
If there are priority or designated habitats or species on your site
The full BNG tool is not the correct journey where a valid statutory exemption applies. Where an exemption applies, use the relevant evidence route - the tool will guide you if an exemption applies.
