Please note, that there are certain cases where it will not be appropriate to use the Joe's Blooms Biodiversity Net Gain Tool. You should check to make sure that the following is true:
You should not use the Biodiversity Net Gain Tool if:
There are rivers on your site (note that you can use the tool if there are culverts, ditches or canals)
You have been told be a suitably qualified ecologist that there are European Protected Species on your site.
