This is the date that you performed a site survey (i.e. visited the site and recorded what habitat parcels are located at different parts of your site).

To enter the information, simply click on the little calendar icon on the page and select the date.

You can only pick dates in the past because to reach this page, you would have needed to enter information about the habitats on your site.
